Abstract
PURPOSE:To inhibit the generation of NOX effectively by controlling the amount of oxygen, the flow rate of recirculating gas, making the flow rate of fluidized gas constant in a fluidized bed type incinerator. CONSTITUTION:The fluidized bed type incinerator is supplied with fluidized gas 12 formed by mixing fluidized air 13 by means of a blower 16 and recirculating gas 14 by means of a blower 24 sucked from an outlet of a dust collector 25, and incinerates waste, etc. In this case, each output of flow meters 15, 20, thermometers 18, 22 and pressure gauges 19, 23 is extracted from each course of the fluidized air 13 and the recirculating gas 14, and inputted to a flow rate arithmetic circuit 30. The output of an oxygen densitometer 29 of a fuel exhaust gas route 26 is inputted to the arithmetic circuit 30. A flow rate regulating valve 21 is controlled in order to adjust the amount of gas with low oxygen concentration in the recirculating gas 14 on the basis of the output of the oxygen densitometer 29 while a flow rate regulating valve 17 is controlled so as to make the flow rate of the fluidized gas constant.
