Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the measurement for a degree of parallel between the front and rear faces of a sample and to check and correct a degree of parallel of mass- produced goods efficiently, by bringing plural displacement detectors into contact with a material to be measured. CONSTITUTION:Displacement detectors 4-6 of the same standards are fitted to the lower face of a plate 1 out of upper and lower reference plates 1 and 2, which have perfect planes, at 90 deg. intervals and intervals of an equal distance. When the plate 1 is moved upward and is separated, a material 7 to be measured is put on the plate 2 so that faces where a degree of parallel should be measured are the front and rear faces, and this material 7 is set by the descent of the plate 1. The part surrounded with the circle connecting the detectors 3-6 becomes a disc-shaped part A having an R radius, and the inclination of the part A of the upper face of the material 7 is measured to obtain a degree of parallel.
