Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the measured data of the hardness of a seat corresponding to the human sense by constituting a compressing plate wherein a protruding surfaces which protrude in the curved surface shape in conformity with the shape of buttocks with the tubers of ischia on both sides as the centers. CONSTITUTION:A compressing plate 10 is constituted in conformity with the shape of actual standar buttocks. A constriction 11 which is divided into femoral region on both sides is provided at the front side. Two projecting surfaces 12 which protrude toward the surface of a seat are formed in a curved-surface state with the tubers of ischia on both sides as the centers at the rear side. The surfaces are covered with an elastic cover. Pressure sensors 14 are distributed at the intersections of the meshes having a specified interval and the intersections with circles in circular regions 13 surrounding the tubers of ischia on both sides. The value of a load is computed based on the detected values of the sensors 14. For this purpose, a load-value computing means 20 is attached. In measurement, the compressing plate 10 is mounted on the seat. The load is applied on the region corresponding to the shape of the actual buttocks so that the load value can be varied. The means 20 computes the multiplied value of the area of the sectional region and the detected value of the sensor 14 belonging to each sectional region, and the load value is computed.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention applies pressure to the sheet surface from above using a pressure plate, and measures the hardness of the sheet by measuring the relationship between the amount of deflection of the sheet in the pressing direction and the load value. This article relates to measurement methods and equipment. [Prior Art] Fig. 4 shows a conventional sheet hardness measuring device of this type, in which a pressure plate 2 of a loading device is placed on a seat 1, and a load rod 4 is inserted from above through a load cell 3. The amount of displacement of the rod was detected by a displacement sensor 5 as the amount of deflection of the sheet, and the curve data of the load value with respect to the change in the amount of deflection was output to an output device 6 such as an x-y recorder. (F1 problem that the invention aims to solve) However, one load sensor determines the hardness corresponding to the load of the entire seat, and the pressure plate also has a butt shape, but it is not a standard The shape of the butt was larger than the actual shape because it corresponded to the seat area. In other words, measurements that precisely take into account the human sense of hardness have not been carried out. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for measuring sheet hardness of the type mentioned at the beginning, which more closely matches the human sense of hardness. (Means for Solving Problem H) In achieving this objective, the present invention, based on the confirmation that the human sense of hardness is the seat pressure distribution around the ischial tuberosity, It is formed with a convex surface that protrudes in a concave shape corresponding to the shape of the buttocks with the ischial tuberosity at the center, and multiple pressure sensors are distributed in each area surrounding the ischial tuberosity near the center of the entire convex surface. Let. Then, the load value is calculated by integrating the multiplication value of the product of the segmented regions obtained by subdividing the region and the detected value of the pressure sensor belonging to the segmented region. A loading device that presses the seat surface from above with a pressure plate,
A vtN for carrying out the above-described method in which a displacement sensor and a load detection sensor are provided to detect the deflection of the sheet in the pressurizing direction, and the load value corresponding to the change in the deflection amount is recorded or displayed on an output device as hardness curve data. According to the present invention, the pressure plate is formed so as to have convex surfaces that protrude from the ischial tuberosities on both sides in the shape of a buttocks corresponding to the shape of the buttocks, and the ischial tuberosities near the center of the entire area of the convex surfaces. A plurality of pressure sensors are distributed separately in an area surrounding the area, and the area of the area is subdivided into a divided area and the detection value of the pressure sensor belonging to the area is multiplied and the product value is integrated. A load value calculation means is attached to calculate the load value. (Function) The actual butt-shaped portion of the seat is pressurized by a pressure plate, and the load is calculated by subdividing the area around the ischial tuberosity, which is sensitive to hardness sensations near the center, and the detected value of the associated pressure sensor. Calculate the multiplication value by 81 to find the load value. (Example) Figures 1 to 3 show a sheet hardness measuring device that implements the method of the present invention. In the loading device of the present invention, the load cell 3 in FIG. 4 is eliminated, and the pressure plate 10 is configured to correspond to the actual standard shape of the butt, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. OP, the surface is flat, the lateral radiation W is approximately 290 mm, the depth L is approximately 11011 mm, and both sides are formed in an almost semicircular shape, and a constriction 11 is formed on the front side that divides into large convex portions on both sides. On the back side, there are formed two convex surfaces 2 which are curved to correspond to the shape of the buttocks and protrude toward the seat centering around the ischial tuberosities on both sides, and the surfaces are covered with an elastic cover. The distance between the centers of this convex surface is approximately 100 mm, and the length D is approximately 25-1. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, in a circular region l3 surrounding the ischial tuberosity with a diameter of approximately 80 mm on both sides, pressure sensors (shown by small circles) 14 are placed at each intersection of the meshes at intervals of 20 seconds and at the intersection with the circle. There are 21 pieces in total, each divided into springs. For each of these sensor groups, a load is calculated by integrating the multiplication of the area of each of the 16 divided regions and the output value of the pressure sensor 14 belonging to each divided region. Comes with 20 reconnaissance steps. In other words, each circular region I3 is formed approximately by four square divided regions of area St, eight trapezoidal divided regions of area S2, and four triangular divided regions of area S3. Assuming that, the following calculation is performed.

P,1~P. is the area S of four places in the circular area l3 on one side
P21 to P24 are the f average values of the four surrounding detected pressure values in the eight divided areas of area S2, P. ~P:l6 is the average value of the three detected pressure values around the four divided areas of area S3. Q,
1~Q. is P. of circular castle 13 on the other side. ~P. Q21 to Q24 are average values corresponding to P21 to P24, and Q31 to Q34 are average values corresponding to P:I1 to P38. During the measurement, the pressure plate 10 is placed on the sheet as shown in FIG. 4, and the area corresponding to the actual shape of the butt is loaded and the load value is varied, resulting in the displacement as shown in FIG. Sensor 5 detects the corresponding amount of deflection. Each pressure sensor 14 detects the pressure of the castle to which it belongs, and the load value calculation means 20 takes in each pressure signal, performs the above-mentioned calculation, and sequentially outputs a load value signal. As a result, an output device such as a recorder or a cathode ray tube display device prints out or displays hardness curve data in which the load value corresponding to the amount of deflection is plotted. The load value can also be controlled according to the output signal of the load value calculation stage 20. (Efficacy of IJ1) As described above, according to the present invention, a load is applied at the seat portion corresponding to the actual shape of the buttocks, and the load is detected at the central region surrounding the ischial tuberosity where the hardness is actually sensitively felt. By doing this, it is possible to obtain sheet hardness measurement data that corresponds to human sensation.
