Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of red-color bordering without lowering image density by providing specific multiple projecting lines around a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:This relates to a two-color copying device which developes two latent images of mutually reversed polarities formed on a latent image carrying body in correspondence to a two-color original by means of the 1st and 2nd magnetic brush developing devices 4, 5 respectively containing two colors of the toners charged to mutually reversed polarities. At least in the 1st magnetic brush 4, a sleeve which conveys the toners by adsorbing the same on its circumferential surface has multiple projecting lines 16 in parallel with the axial direction on its circumferential surface, and these lines 16 are so formed as to have 0.5-2.0mm. height (h) and 4-8 deg. pitch (p) with respect to the center of the sleeve.
