Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily obtain a heat collecting plate body which is reduced of thickness and weight and is bound firmly to water flow pipes by pressing plural pieces of hollow parts opened at both ends provided to the heat collecting plate body made by press-sticking plural sheets of metallic plates to the water flow pipes passed therein thereby forming these into one piece.
CONSTITUTION: Oblong Al plates 3, 3 are superposed on themselves, and a press- sticking preventing agent 4 is coated to prescribed shapes between both to beforehand provide coated parts 5, 6, 7 for forming hollow parts, connecting and introducing pressurized fluid. Next, the plates 3, 3 are hot-rolled to press-stick these to each other except the coated parts 5W7. Pressurizd fluid is introduced through the parts 7 exposed on the plate end face to bulge the whole parts 5W7, thereby forming these respectively into a hollow shape. Both side edge parts of the press- stuck plate is cut at alternate long and short dash lines, whereby a heat collecting body 2 having hollow parts 8 of which both ends are opend respectively to the outer side is obtained. Next, water flow pipes 10 respectively made of copper are inserted into the parts 8 and both end parts are exposed to the outer side of the body 2. The body 12 is pressed with a press 11 to deform the circumferential wall parts 9 of the parts 8, thereby closely binding the body 2 and the pipes 10.
