Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution thereof and improve the thermal efficiency thereof by a constitution wherein two sheets of laminated thermosetting resin and metallic board formed with a water way at the inner surface thereof are piled so as to face the resin layer at the inside thereof and are jointed mechanically after the resin except the same existing at the water way section is welded by fusion, thereafter, a water outlet port is attached thereto. CONSTITUTION:The thermosetting resin layer 2 of polypropylene or the like is provided on one surface of the thin metallic sheet 1 of iron or the like and the water way 3 having semi-circular shape or the like is formed on the resin layer side by a press work. These compound metallic plates 1 are abutted against each other so as to situate the resin layers 2 at the inside thereof and are piled to form the water way 3 by the opposing water way sections 3. Subsequently, areas except the water way sections 3 are jointed by fusion by means of hot pressing and, thereafter, they are jointed mechanically and physically by rivets 6. Next, a connecting pipe is inserted into a heat medium outlet port for the solar heat collecting board and a thermosetting resin is filled between the outlet port of the compound metallic plate and it to fix them by fusion. Thus, the heat collecting board having a good thermal efficiency may be obtained by a simple constitution.
