Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide simultaneity to the data on oscillatory change of an electric power system and improve the accuracy of system analysis by automatically recording measurement data together with automatically corrected time. CONSTITUTION:The signals relating to the current and voltage of a transmission line 11 are supplied via an input conversion part 3 to a frequency converting and measuring part 15 and respective measuring parts 16-18. The part 15 measures frequencies, and outputs a measurement signal at every prescribed cycle, for example, every 5 cycles. By this singal, the parts 16-18 makes measurement and after the results thereof are D/A converted, their average value is calculated in an arithmetic part 22 and is supplied to a recording part 26 and an oscillation detecting part 24. The part 24 compares this with the predetermined measurement reference values and when these are exceeded, a detection signal is outputted so that the contents of a storage part 23 and the time of a watch part 25 which is being automatically corrected by time broadcasting waves are recorded in a recordig part 26. Simultaneity is provided to the data of the oscillatory change and the accuracy of system analysis is enhanced.
