Abstract

Then a Nickel foil 13 having the width corresponding with the depth of cylinder and the length corresponding to the axial length is held between both ends 12. Thereafter a laser beam is irradiated around the Nickel foil 13 in the vacuum or inert gas environment to locally melt the Nickel foil 13 and the copper cylinder at both sides. Thereafter it is cooled to produce an anode cylinder 10 jointed vacuum tightly.
