Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent units and a copier body from damaging, by coupling the contacting and separation of a developing device with the attachment and detachment of units by using an interlocking mechanism composed of a lever having prescribed cams. CONSTITUTION:Photoreceptor drum 10, developing device 30, cleaning device 40, charger 20, etc., are untilized into photoreceptor unit A. Developer tank 32 of device 30 is mounted on supporting members 93 and 106, and set lever 109 with cam part 110 is supported by supporting shaft 111. In this constitution, by drawing the entire unit A to the front side for a check, etc., separates device 40 firstly, and by setting lever 109 upright, the pressure of cam part 110 is released to shift device 30 to a left separation position by spring 108, thereby raising the unit of charger 20, etc., next. For equipping, the said operation is performed reversely and device 30 is pressed by cam 110 to be held at an operation position.
