EFFECT: Increase in contact surface caused by the dispersion of a large foam into a small one, increase in contact time caused by reduction in rate of upward movement of the foam, uniform dispersion of foams and enhanced agitation effect are effected, so that a blown asphalt of uniform quality is obtd.
