Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the semiquantitative measurement simply and with high reproducibility by detecting an aggregation image photoelectrically for statistical treatment. CONSTITUTION:The light coming out of the source of light is narrowed down through a slit 2 to advance towards a lens system for reaching the inside of an integral sphere. Surplus light is interrupted by a slit 7 to image an image of the slit 7 on the aggregation reaction plate 9 on the driving plate 8. The light reflected on the aggregation reaction plate 9 is caught by the integral sphere 6 to be detected by a photodetector 10. The driving plate 8 travels at the fixed speed through a scanning mechanism 11. A series of detected pulse photosignals is amplified by an amplifier 18 to be put in CPU17 through an A/D converter 19. CPU detects each peak position of a series of output signals to memorize the size of the output signals in said position. The memorized peak signals are distributed into plurality of levels according to the size thereof to be counted and memorized each level.
