Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:An ATP derivative of the formula N6-R-X [R6 is ATP having a substituent group on the amino group at the 6-position in the adenine nucleus; R is -(CH2)m- (m is 3W10), -(CH2)n1-CH(OH)-(CH2)n2- (n1 is 1W5 n2 is 1W10), etc.; X is -COOH, -NH2, -OH, -CHO, etc.].
EXAMPLE: N6-succinyl ATP.
USE: A raw material for preparing highly polymerized adenine cofactor in a bioreactor and capable of retaining the substrate activity of the ATP even on combination with a high polymeric carrier due to the spacer of suitable length in the ATP. In the bioreactor shown in the figure, a highly polymerized ATP is used in a main reactor 1 as an energy source to react a raw material (A) with a synthetic enzyme, ertc., and the aimed product (B) is obtained.
PROCESS: ATP is reacted with an acylating agent or alkylating agent and if necessary subjected to the rearrangement reaction to give the compound of the formula N6-R-X.
