Abstract

PURPOSE: To treat livestock dung without secondary environmental pollution in the manuring said dung by digesting sewage squeezed out in dehydration while heating it by fermentation heat and by using the digested fluid for the aging of manure.
CONSTITUTION: Wet livestock dung A is dehydrated firstly by dehydrator 1 and moisture conditioning dung A is sent to manure fermentation tank 2. Separated sewage squeezed out on the other hand, is supplied to methane fermentation tank 3. In this case, methane fermentation tank 3 is heated by fermentation heat generated in manure fermentation tank 2 to digest the sewage while generating methane. Then, part of the fermentated manure is taken out of tank 2 and mixed with the digested sewage squeezed out and returned to tank 2. Thus, the whole of said dung is treated without causing the secondary environmental pollution to produce manure while obtaining methane.
