Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the uniform and very strong tubular body without any bubble, crack or defect by a method wherein the material principally consisting of fluorine plastics and calcined into the thick-wall tubular body is inserted forcibly into a narrow section with a strong force to form a thin-wall tubular body under compressing it.
CONSTITUTION: A rod body 2 is provided at the center of the tubular body 1 while a section 3, in which a radial distance H between the inner periphery of this tubular body 1 and the outer periphery of the rod body 2 is bigger, and a section 4, in which the same distance H is smaller, are provided. The section 3 and the section 4 are connected by a smoothly inclined slope. The calcined tubular material 7 principally consisting of fluorine plastics is fitted into the section 3. The outer periphery of the material 7 is contacted closely with the inner periphery of the tubular body 1 while the inner periphery thereof is colsely contacted with the outer periphery of the rod body 2. When the upper end of this material 7 is pushed strongly by a piston 9, the material 7 is extruded to the section 4 after the thickness of the wall thereof is reduced under being collapsed and the tubular body P may be manufactured.
