Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily form a blank material of liner having abrasion resistance for the dead point of piston, by arranging a blank material having excellent abrasion resistance on the punch side and a blank material having plastically deformable characteristic on the die side and extruding a rear side vessel without ceasing. CONSTITUTION:A blank material A having excellent abrasion resistance is inserted into a die to be set on the punch 1 side, then the punch 1 is moved downward to press the upper end Ma of an inserted composite disklike blank material M in order to extrude the material M through a gap 2a between the punch 1 and the die 2.
