Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the connection process and eliminate the scattering in the quality of connected portions, by twisting the end of the stator winding with a lead wire, inserting the twisted sections at a prescribed inclination angle into a high- frequency coil and applying high-frequency waves to weld the end of the winding to the lead wire. CONSTITUTION:The end 2 of the stator winding is twisted with the lead wire 1. Their connected portions 3 are inserted at an inclination angle theta of 50-60 deg. into a high-frequency coil 5. High-frequency power is supplied to the coil to weld the connected portions 3 to each other by high-frequency waves. Since only the tips of the connected portions 3 are located in a high energy density zone A, welding start time is shortened and the molten sections of the connected portions do not undergo dropping or the like.
