Abstract

The "udon" ingredient is previously blended with sesame, "wakame" seaweed, beefsteak plant, etc., or a seaweed drink, granulated sugar, etc. are sprinkled on the udon ingredient immediately after frying with the edible oil, to give a cake having more different taste.
