Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable supply of high-pressure fluid by a method wherein a movable body reciprocating inside a coil is formed into a cylinder having a partition in the direction of diameter in the center thereof and two compression chambers are constituted by the provision of brackets fitted on the inside surface of the cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: The movable body 15 is constituted by fixing, with sticking and the like, a ring-shaped movable magnetic body 13 formed of a ferromagnetic substance to a movable cylinder part 14. The movable body 15 is tubular, the partition 16 is formed in the central part thereof, and the 1st valve bracket 17 and the 2nd valve bracket 18 are fitted on the inner-peripheral surface of the movable cylinder part 14, whereby the 1st compression chamber 20 and the 2nd compression chamber 21 are formed. By the reciprocating motion of the movable body 15, the fluid sucked from a suction valve 22 passes through a check valve 24, while pressure being applied thereto in the 1st compression chamber 20, and flows into the 2nd compression chamber 21, and there it is pressurized further and discharged from a discharge valve 23.
