Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to economize electric power to be consumed for heating to prevent the formation of dew by a method wherein another end of a heat pipe coming in contact with the wall face of oil tank of a transformer is introduced into the case body, and the inside of the case body is heated utilizing exhausted heat from the transformer. CONSTITUTION:A part 11b of the heat pipe 11 coming in contact with the wall face of the oil tank 14 of the transformer 13 is heated by the oil tank 14. An active liquid in the heated heat pipe 11 is evaporated absorbing latent heat of vaporization, flows to the other end 11a in the case body 1 and is cooled by inside air in the case body through fins 12 to be condenced discharging latent heat of condensation. The condenced active liquid thereof flows back to a part 11b of the pipe 11 coming in contact with the tank 14 by action of gravity. Heat is transported from the tank 14 to the case body 1 by circulation of the active liquid, and as a result, the inside air is heated, the heated inside air is transferred by action of buoyancy, the inside air and outside air are ventilated and the formation of dew can be prevented.
