Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain easily the fibre reinforced plastic membrane of the captioned tank with high safety for liquid petroleum gas or the like by a constitution wherein there is used the composite material composed of the heat insulating layer, which consists of the heat insulating material bonded between rigid plates, adhered to a fibre reinforced plastic flat board through fixture. CONSTITUTION:The bonding surface 10 of the fixture 7 is bonded on the back of the rigid plate 3 at the center thereof. Then the rigid plate 3 with the fixture 7 is fitted on the back of the fibre reinforced plastic flat board 2, being also the bonding surface 8 of the fixture 7 adhered on the back of the board 2. After that, the heat insulation material 4 and the rigid plate 5 are bonded and piled up one upon another on the ridig plate 4 to compose the composite panel 1. The composite panels 1 are arranged on the inside surface of the tank body in the butted manner and bolted to the surface. According to the constitution described above, the fibre reinforced plastic membrane of said tank with high safety can easily be obtained.
