Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily regenerate an organic substance, especially a kitchen stuff, with a saved energy, by fractionating solid waste in a fractionating system including a drying step, adding water to a dried organic substance from the solid waste, and fermenting the orgnic substance.
CONSTITUTION: A dried organic substance (c) generated by the drying (a) and the fractionation (b) of solid waste is crushed (d), adjusted at the water content of about 40W70% in general by the addition of an enzyme liquid or water (o), mixed (e) agitated (f) fermented (h) and then converted into a compost or feed (j). For a high-speed fermentation in this process, it is necessary to add a larg quantity of an enzyme (n). In this regard, the organic substance is mixed (e') with 70% or more of the enzyme liquid (o), agitated (f'), dehydrated (g) to a water content of about 40W70%, fermented (h) or dried (i), and then converted into a compost or feed (j).
