Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of concn. measurement by respectively making calibration curves for respective wavelengths by the use of a multiwavelength spectrocolormeter and seletively using these. CONSTITUTION:Calibration curves A, B, C for wavelengths lambdaa, lambdab, lambdac are made respectively by using a multiwavelength spectrocolorimeter. From these calibration curves, the calibration curve corresponding to the wavelength of the highest absorbancy within the measuring range stable in terms of accuracy is selectively used, whereby the concn. of an unknown sample is measured. Namely, if, for example, the concn. of an unknown sample is CA', the quantitative anaylsis is accomplished be selecting the wavelength lambdaa for the calibration curve A, and if the sample concn. is CB', it is done by selecting the wavelength lambdab for the calibration curve B. By selectively using the wavelength to be used in this way, the accuracy of the concn. measurement is improved.
