CONSTITUTION:A metering tank 2 which accumulates and meters finely-ground particles falling from above, a resilient chute 3 mounted to the inside circumferential wall of this tank 2, a cover body 5 opening and closing the lower opening part 4 of the tank 2, a hopper 6 accumulating the finely-ground particles 1 falling from the opening part 4, and a device for giving vibrations to the chute 3 are provided. After the finely-ground particles 1 are metered by giving vibrations to the chute 3 by the vibrating device, those stuck on the chute 3 are scattered.
