Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve response performance by varying the injection time corresponding to the level of power voltage immediately before the opening of a solenoid valve used for a fuel jet apparatus and allowing the exciting current corresponding to the maximum holding current to flow in the electromagnetic coil.
CONSTITUTION: In a solenoid valve operating circuit, a function generator 208 is arranged in an input/output interface circuit 114, and said function generator calculates fuel injection time and generates pulse signals, and applies the outputs into an injection time setting circuit 210. A voltage detecting circuit 214 outputs the preset signal having the time width corresponding to the level of the power voltage into an OR circuit 204, in starting up and down of valve opening pulse signals, and the maximum holding current in closing the solenoid valve flows in an electromagnetic coil 200. At the time of preset starting down, the trigger signal in a trigger circuit 218 is applied, and the exciting current with sharp starting-up flows, and the solenoid valve is opened. Thus, an operating circuit which needs little power consumption and has good response performance can be obtained.
