Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform changing of plural optical paths simultaneously with simple constitution by disposing an optical path change-over element such as parallelogram- shaped prism between plural input fibers and output fibers. CONSTITUTION:A prism 14 having a section of a parallelogram shape supported to a prism holder 13 is disposed between the collimating lenses 12-2, 12-3 of plural optical fibers 16, 17 for outputting disposed in opposition to the collimating lens 12-1 of plural optical fibers 15 for inputting in such a manner that the columnar surfaces of said prism are perpendicular to the optical axes of the input optical fibers 15. When the prism holder 13 is moved by way of electromagnets 18-1, 18-2 and the prism 14 is in the position (a), the parallel luminous fluxes emitting the lens 12-1 enter the lens 12-3 of the optical fiber 17 and when the prism 14 is in the position (b), they enter the lens 12-2 of the optical fiber 16. Thereby, the plural optical paths are changed simultaneously with the simple constitution.
