Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the vent-up caused to the clogging of a filter or the like by a method wherein a resin pressure of a downstream side of a vent hole of the second stage extruder is detected and, when said pressure exceededs a tolerance range, an electromotor of the first stage extruder is adjusted integrally. CONSTITUTION:A resin pressure at a downstream position L of the vent hole 5 is detected by a pressure detector 20 and the detected value is converted to an electric signal and, after a signal of a high frequency range is removed by a wave filter 21, said signal is compared to a set value of a pressure setting device 23 at a comparing point 22 and a deviation signal E is sent to comparators 24, 25. When the signal E is smaller than a tolerance range, an output signal A is sent to an AND logical element 27 through a point 24 and an amplified signal is integrally sent to a motor 30 through a motor controller 28 corresponding to a pulse from a sampling signal generator 26 to correct the set value of the pressure setting device 31. An amplified signal obtained by adding a correcting signal to a set signal 14 at a point 13 and amplifying at a point 15 is sent to the electromotor 8 and an extruding amount of the first stage extruder is increased.
