Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to use a solar heat water heater in winter by providing a heater at collecting tubes for introducing circulating hot water from heat collecting tubes into a hot water storage tank.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic heat receiving plate 4 coated with heat absorbing film and heat collecting tubes 5 are arranged in a solar heat collector 1 in which a reinforced transparent glass 2 is mounted on the surface and heat insulator 3 is mounted inside. Thus, the circulating hot water passing through the tubes 5 contacted with the plate 4 is heated by the irradiation of the solar heat, and introduced into a hot water storage tank 6. A heater 8 is provided at the tubes 7 connected to the tank 6 to heat the hot water in the tubes 7, thereby accelerating the natural convection circulation of the water to the tank 6.
