Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve a heat collection efficiency, by forming a selective permeable film, which transmits only solar rays having a wavelength scope being effective to photoelectric conversion, over a solar cell surface.
CONSTITUTION: A solar light passing through a permeable object 1, such as glass plates and the like, reaches a surface of a solar cell 6, and a part of them is converted into the electricity and the remainings are absorbed to produce the heat. The heat being transmitted to a heat collection plate 3 through an insulation plate 10 is absorbed by a thermal medium flowing at the inside of a circulating pipe 4, and the heat being stored at a heat accumulating tube is utilized for hot water feeding, heating, etc. This causes the solar cell 6 to be cooled, to be free from the reduction in a photoelectric conversion efficiency caused by the rise in a temperature, and to maintain a high efficiency. The heat, which comes in a heat collector part 7 other than the solar cell 6, is less radiated due to a high absorption efficiency of a solar light which results from the area except the portion, at which the solar cell 6 is located, being processed with a selective absorption film 12. Besides, a selective permeable film 9, such as indium oxide, is formed also on the surface of the solar cell 6 to improve a heat collection efficiency.
