Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of demodulation and simplify the structure, by discriminating a varied portion of quenching oscillation frequency of the quenching oscillating circuit, and demodulating directly, when an input signal has been received. CONSTITUTION:When the point A has received an input, the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit 23 of the quenching oscillating circuit 8 is varied, its varied portion exerts influence on quenching oscillation, and the level, waveform and frequency, of quenching oscillation are varied. An output of the quenching oscillating circuit 8, whose frequency has been varied is input to the demodulation means 21 through the waveform shaping circuit 22. That is to say, when a signal whose frequency has been varied is input to the demodulation means 21, since this demodulation means is a PLL circuit, said signal is output as a demodulated signal output of DC level when the frequency is varied.
