Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the higher-order component of the carrier through a simple circuit and thus to obtain the steady demodulated signal by identifying the polarity of the modulated wave via the double-multiplied carrier and then securing the exclusive logical sum. CONSTITUTION:The modulated wave supplied to input terminal 401 is branched into two parts. One of the branched waves is supplied to demodulator circuit 405 along with the other branched wave via double multiplier circuit 402, resonator 403 and slicer 404 each. The modulated wave is identified 503 at circuit 405 by the output of circuit 404, and at the same time the output of circuit 404 receives 1/2 division 504. And the output of circuits 503 and 504 are supplied to exclusive logical sum circuit 505, and the demodulated signal is obtained at the output of circuit 505.
