Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the nonlinear distortion of an amplifying transistor by compensating the base-emitter voltage of the transistor by canceling it with the forward voltage of a p-n junction element provided separately. CONSTITUTION:To the emitter of npn transistor TRQ1 applied with input signal VIN at its base, emitter resistance RE is connected and between resistance RE and the earth point held at a reference potential, diode D1 is provided. Diode D1 is connected with the polarity where the inflow of current I1 is stopped by providing high impedance in the direction of current I1 flowing to TRQ1.
