Abstract
PURPOSE: To titled economic device capable of using a cathode solution effectively to the possible limit of usability, providing a monitor measuring always the electrical conductivity of the cathode solution and giving an alarm when the measured value becomes lower than a given value.
CONSTITUTION: A regeneration device by electrolysis comprising the regeneration cell 5 by electrolysis consisting of the anode chamber 8 for recycling the etching bath solution 2 for the plastic material 3, made of a mixed solution of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, and a cathode chamber 9 containing sulfuric acid, chromic acid, or their mixed solution, partitioned by the membrane 7, and a rectifier for applying direct current to the anode 11 and the cathode 12 immersed in the anode chamber 8 and the cathode chamber 9 respectively, is provided with the detector 17 for direct current, the voltage detector 18 for detecting the voltage between the anode and cathode, the dividing device 19 for calculating the electrical resistance of the electrolytic cell, the relay 20 operated by the output of the dividing device 19, the alarm device 21, e.g., a buzzer, etc., and a monitor device measuring always the electrical conductivity of the cathode solution and giving an alarm when the measured value becomes lower than a given value.
