Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid degradation of performance by embedding several pieces of heating wires in the vicinity of the surface of blades, transmitting electricity through a rotary shaft, generating heat, heating the surfaces of the blades to get high temperature, and burning or drying solid materials for separation.
CONSTITUTION: The heating wires 2 are embedded in the vicinity of the almost whole surface of blade 1, and connected at joints 3. Rotating blades which are fixed to blade wheels 7 and stationary blades which are fixed to a casing 6 are alternately arranged between the rotary shaft 5 and the casting 6. In the meanwhile, the rotary shaft 5 is supported by a bearing 8, and electric transmission lines are embedded in the shaft. At the end of said rotary shaft 5, a slip ring 9 is provided and connected to an external power source 10. Electricity is conducted through the shaft 5 via the slip ring 9, connected to the heating wires 2 at the joints 3, heats the blades 1, burns or bries the solid materials to separate them, thereby avoiding the degradation of the performance of the apparatus.
