CaCO3 in a range of amounts specified to an inorg. photoconductor. CONSTITUTION:The photoconductive layer of an electrofacsimile type electrophotographic receptor is formed by applying a coating fluid to the electrically conductive support and drying it. The fluid is prepared by dispersing a 100pts.wt. inorg. photoconductor such as ZnO or CdS and 5-30pts.wt. CaCO3 powder in a soln. of a binding resin such as vinyl acetate resin. Thus, the fatigue of the photosensitive layer due to pre-exposure is prevented to obtain a fine copy without causing a ground stain, a contrast reduction, etc.
