Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent oil pressure shock when switched to secondary injection pressure in an oil feed circuit of an injection device with various sizes of discharging pumps by setting an anti-shock valve in the vent circuit of the relief valve. CONSTITUTION:Relief valve 18 which unloads the oil in the large type discharging pump 7 is set in an oil feed circuit with various size of discharging pumps 7, 6 which feed oil to the injection cylinder 3 of an injection device which consists of heating tube 1, screw 2 and injection cylinder 3, etc. Anti-shock valve 19 which connects and disconnects the pilot-pressure flow is set in the circuit which leads to the vent hole of the valve 18. In a room (a) of the anti-shock valve 19, a throttle is provided. Thus, when switched to the secondary injection pressure, oil which is discharged through relief valve 18 to the tank does not flow out rapidly because of the contraction of room (a) of the anti-shock valve 19, preventing outbreak of oil shock.
