PURPOSE:To arrange so that a torque may be transmitted even when the relative number of rotations of input and output parts by providing the second connection body having a hysteresis magnetic member which closes a magnetic circuit and fixing an electroconductive material opposed to a magnetic piece on the magnetic member. CONSTITUTION:The first connection body 3 equipped with magnetic pieces 2 arranged in such manner that heteropoles may alternately be constituted in a circumferential direction, is fixed on a main shaft 1. At the same time, a main shaft 6 is supported on the first connection body 3 on the same axis as the main shaft 1 in a freely rotatable fashion.
