Next, when the handle 4 is depressed to the arrow (b), the reel lock mechanism is moved, the elastic ring 6 is pushed externally, and the magnetic tape reel 13 is strongly coupled with the reel hub 7. At the same time, the actuator 11 is moved and the microswitch 12 being ON is turned OFF. The detection of reel lock state is made possible by confirming the state of output signal with this switch 12.
