Thus, since the amount of change in the medium for the core 13 is made smaller, the load pressure exerted from the medium to the core 13 is made smaller, and the medium is supported at the spherical surface of the slider external circumference, and the floating gap length of the core 13 is increased by the size delta than the slider external circumference, allowing to reduce wear.
