When the power supply cut signal is inputted, the rest time period of the set heating time period is assigned to the holding time period, and pressurization controlling circuit 6 is operated till the end of the holding time period. Driving of pressurization controlling circuit 6 continues until the release time period set by release time period setting circuit 4 terminates. These controls are performed easily by the program of microcomputer 1.
