Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a differential pressure type flow meter for high-temperature fluid that ensures a stable measurement for a long period of time, by providing a detecting terminal for take-out of differential pressure on the upper wall of a fluid measuring tube via a heat dissipation tube having a thin pressure guide path. CONSTITUTION:A temperature increasing means 13 such as the warm water or the like is provided between the outer tube 12 and the tube 10 for fluid to be measured through which the high-temperature fluid flows, and thus the fluid 13 is kept at a high temperature. A detecting terminal 15 for take-out of differential pressure having a diaphragm 1 into which the silicone oil 2 is enclosed via a heat dissipation tube 30 having a gas accumulating room 31 and pressure guide path 14 is attached on the upper wall of the tube 10. In such constitution, the level 16 of the high- temperature fluid never reach the upper part of the path 14. At the same time, the heat of the high-temperature fluid 11 is transmitted to the diaphragm 1 via the gas in the air room 18 within the path 14 to avoid an evil effect for the silicone oil 2.
