PURPOSE: To remove foreign matters on the surface of print film and to efficiently prevent occurrence of bubbles in the coating film and reduction in strength of printed surface, by performing a heat treatment on the surface of print film on glass products on which organic printing has been performed.
CONSTITUTION: A prescribed pattern is applied on the surface of glass product, and the pigment is hardened by means of ultraviolet ray, and then, the printed surface is heat-treated with a gas burner. The heat treatment of printed surface is performed, so that the surface temperature may become 100W300°C. It may be possible to use a gas burner, infrared ray heater, hot air heater, etc., as the heating means, but it is suitable to use the gas burner which can quickly raise the temperature at the surface of print film and which requires only simple apparatus to perform heat treatment on a large number of objects. Then, the primer liquid is applied on it, and then, a thermally hardening resin is coated on the surface and the coating resin is thermally hardened by means of an ordinary heating treatment.
