Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the peeling off of a mount paper and to prevent the deformation of printed surface by a method wherein ultraviolet ray hardening or thermosetting resin is applied on a body to be printed in place of thermo-fusing resin and after it is pressed against a transfer printing paper covered with thermo-fusing resin, irradiation of ultraviolet ray is performed.
CONSTITUTION: On a printed body such as glass or plastic material ultraviolet ray hardening resin of stylene acrylate family etc. or thermosetting resin of alkyd resin family is applied. It is changed to be the mount paper by printing on it and futhermore a transfer paper which is made by application of thermo-fusing resin is laminated on it and pressed. At the same time by irradiation of ultraviolet ray with a high pressure mercury lamp etc. or heat treatment at about 90W200°C is performed, and resin is made cured. After this process it is heated until a temperature near the softening point of thermo-fusing resin the mount paper is separeted.
