CONSTITUTION:Each image receiving tube of a large size picture indication device 1 formed by arranging a plurality of image receiving tubes 2 in plane is provided with a fluorescent surface 14 at the rear surface of a screen portion 13 thereof together with arranging an electron gun 10 at the neck 9 of the tube body 8. Further, at the outer surface of the screen portion 13, a color film 15 colored with a same color as the emission color from the fluorescent surface 14, is formed. Accordingly, the composition of the total wave length of the visual light zone of the outer light 4 from the sun 3 is selectively absorbed by the spectral diffraction characteristics of the colored film 15.
