Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably obtain an AC output from a converter for a vehicle by connecting the anodes of a pair of switching elements through capacitors and resistors connected in series with the capacitors with bypass circuits of diodes to the gates of the other elements. CONSTITUTION:The connecting points of the cathodes of series switching elements 2, 3 connected in parallel with the primary winding of a transformer 1 is so connected through a DC power source 4 to the neutral point (c) of the primary winding of the tranformer 1 that the connecting point side is negative, and the anodes of the elements 2, 3 are connected through a capacitor 6, a resistor 5 and a capacitor 8, a resistor 7 to the gates of the other elements. Further, the anodes of diodes 9, 10 are so connected in parallel with the resistors 5, 7 as to be connected to the gates of the elements 3, 2. Since the bypass circuits are provided at the resistors 5, 7 affects impeditively when the elements are turned OFF in this manner, predetermined currents are turned ON or OFF by the elements 2, 3 to obtain stable AC output.
