Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate zero point drift by constituting a load cell freely vertically turnably around a horizontal shaft center, holding the load cell in a horizontal state and providing holding means that permit the free turning of this load cell upward and downward. CONSTITUTION:A load cell 17 has a cell body 18 consisting of a pair of perpendicular parts 18a, 18b and horizontal parts 18c, 18d, and strain gages 5a-5d affixed to the thin-walled parts 19 formed in both end parts of the respective horizontal parts 18c, 18d. A through-hole 20 along the horizontal direction is formed in the perpendicular part 18a, and a horizontal shaft 16 is fitted into the through-hole 20, by which the load cell 17 is constituted freely vertically turnably around the horizontal shaft 16. The load cell 17 is held in a horizontal state by means of stopper bolts 22.
