Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the fitted capsule without deterioration and discoloring of a filler therein by using a heat gelling high molecular substance as a main component and gelling and drying the same by heating. CONSTITUTION:In an aqueous solution based on a heat gelling high molecular substance such as a hydroxypropyl cellulose, a capsule pin is immersed and said pin is heated to an appropriate temp. to coat a pin surface with the high molecular substance. The pin is withdrawn upwardly and heated to gel the coating thereon and, subsequently, dried. The dried gel is withdrawn from the pin and unnecessary parts are cut to make the fit capsule. By the above described method, the sheath capsule more excellent than a gelatine capasule can be prepared without generating deficiencies such as crack or the like.
