Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency and reliability by making it possible to provide sealing by cutting without heating freon liquid, by applying seam welding on a press-fit section and providing it with seal by cutting before cutting of an exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION:Inside pressures of a condenser 2 and a freon tank 4 are adjusted to approximately 10<-3>mm.Hg and a valve 34 is closed, and then, a valve 35 is opened for sucking freon liquid from a container 31 into the tank. Upon the completion of pouring of the liquid, halfway of an exhaust pipe 3 is press-fit by a press-fit machine 30, and seam welding is executed by using arc of a welding machine 20. And then, the press-fit section on a vacuum pump 32 side is cut off. In this mechanism, the welding can be achieved more surely, easily and quickly than welding of cut section. And besides, there is very little possibility of occurrence of leak.
