Abstract

PURPOSE:To degas surely the die cavity, by mounting a valve movable by the injected melted materials to the degassing groove of the die and arranging so that the gas outlet between the by-pass and the die outside can be opened and/or closed by the operation of this valve. CONSTITUTION:When melted materials for injection are injected into a cavity of a die, gases in the cavity are led in the direction of a chamber 12 through a degassing groove 11, and forced through a by-pass 21 to behind a swaying path of a valve 15 and discharged to outside from an outlet tube 13. Then successively melted material enters the chamber 12 through the groove 11 and bumps against the lower part of the valve 15. Consequently the valve 15 is turned against the tension of a spring 19 to block an opening of the by-pass to the chamber 12 and the opening of the outlet tube 13 to contain the melted material within. With such an arrangement, degassing of the gases in the die cavity can be performed with sureness.
