Abstract

PURPOSE:An outer flow passage comprising a nozzle body and a needle valve, and an inner flow passage provided in the center of the valve are not simultaneously opened, so that a fluid in the inner flow passage can be recovered via the inner flow passage in said nozzle body. CONSTITUTION:Constituting a resin passage 47 with the nozzle body 27 and the needle valve 33; providing an opening for the flow passage 40 at the tip of the needle valve 33; and moving the needle valve 33 in the axial direction of the nozzle body 25, the passages 47 and 40 are opened and closed at the tip of the nozzle. The maximum moving range (a) of the valve; the moving range (b) of the valve before the passage 47 is opened; and the moving range (C) of the valve before the passage 40 is closed, are arranged to meet the requirement a>b>C so that both the passages will not simultaneously be opened on any conditions. It is therefore made possible to recover the pressurized fluid injected into the resin frame of the metal mold by fitting a through hole 29 in with the pressure-resisting fluid source so as to lead the fluid to flow backward through the flow passage 40.
