CONSTITUTION:The N pole 4 and the S pole 5 of a magnet 3 are provided alternately at an angular interval of 90 deg. on the circumference of a round plate 2 rotating around a shaft 1. In the vicinity of the round plate 2, two Hall elements and Hall integrating circuits 6 and 7 containing functions of amplification, waveform-shaping, etc. are arranged apart by angle of 90 deg. from each other. When the reverse-phase pulse wave signal thereof is inputted in the differential circuits 8 and 9 and the output signals of the latter are inputted in the addition circuit 10, a signal having twice pulses is obtained at an output terminal 11. In the same way, by increasing the number of units of the Hall integrating circuits 6 and 7, the number of output pulse can be increased. Based on the output thereof, the control of rotation of a machine device can be performed precisely and correctly.
